Assad Forces Accused of Bombing Hospital; Al-Qaeda Group Linked to Massacre here
In some of the latest violence from Syria today, local activists say Assad regime warplanes have bombed one of the main field hospitals in the rebel-held north. According to the Aleppo Media Center, 11 civilians, including two doctors, were killed in the town of al-Bab. The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights meanwhile reports that 22 civilians belonging to the minority Alawite sect have been killed in a massacre by the al-Qaeda linked Nusra Front near the city of Homs.

Two top Islamist militants, from the US and UK, have been killed in Somalia after falling out with al-Shabab, witnesses have told the BBC.
The man convicted of murdering 77 people in attacks in Norway in 2011 has enrolled at the University of Oslo to study political science. here
Anders Behring Breivik, who is serving a 21-year sentence, has not been admitted to a degree-granting programme, but will study modules.
The 34-year-old will study at his high security prison and will not have direct contact with university staff.
